  • The 15-digit Certificate Number on the bottom of your receipt
  • The transaction date and total amount

Choose English or French and enter your receipt info to begin.

3. Share your experience
The survey takes about 3–5 minutes. You’ll be asked questions about:

  • What you purchased
  • The helpfulness of staff
  • Cleanliness and layout
  • Your overall satisfaction

4. Enter your contact info
To enter the monthly sweepstakes, you’ll need to provide your name and email at the end.

That’s it! You’re now in the running for the reward of your choice.

  1. Today I went to Shoppers Drug Mart on 502 Charolais Blvd in Brampton. I was buying some perfume for my fiancé. Natasha was helping me out and I can definitely say she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything on point. I highly recommend going to her if you are looking to buy any beauty products. Will definitely go back. Great customer service, helpful and very informative.

    Hi, I go to the Shoppers Drug Mart at Royal York and Bloor….the manager who attends to me is Leslie Ann…she is awesome…she makes my visit to Shoppers seamless. She is kind, efficient and very knowledge about all the Shoppers products not only in her department. Because of Leslie Ann, I am thinking of getting a part job at Shoppers. thank you.

  3. Shoppers Drug Mart on 795 Keewatin St is the store I always go. Mostly, it’s Thursday I do my shopping for senior discount day. I do appreciate Sandra for her amazing service and assistance every time I’m in the store. She’s so awesome.

  4. Had an issue with presto recharge and the lady near the cash counter was so rude and not helpful at all. Later on CRIS came to help us and solved the issue. I want to bring this to the attention of manager and she should be rewarded. Thank you!!

    I went to the post office to send moneygram to relatives overseas, excellent service. I also went to buy some stuff on sale, the cashier, Princess was very kind and helpful with a little problem I have with an automated machine.

  7. It would be a good idea to have the flyers posted on smart canucks legible. Once in a while they get it right but for the most part it is disorganized, blurry, dark, pics background obviously from someone’s floor. Would be nice to be able to view what is on sale. Also, too many pages, seems they have the entire store advertising rather than just the sale items, too much to go through…

Hi Magdalena, i want you to know how much i appreciate the excellent service you have provided when i bought medicine in your pharmacy today, your service was excellent and fast a friendly to a customer i definitely recommend your service to bought $122.18. Worth of products. On my email said if spent $90. Would get 20x optimum points. Did not get it.

I visited the Mic Mac Mall shoppers in Dartmouth Nova Scotia to get my COVID shot and I am terrified of needles so I went in and I stared crying a little bit and the worker her name was Kyla was logging people in and keeping track of how long the people were waiting afterwards. She was so kind and sweet and talked to me about some of my interests to distract me. I think she finished her shift when I was in the room getting my vaccine and on her way out she asked how it went. Such an amazing person and employee, definitely made my experience so much better!! (Didn’t have a receipt so had to comment)

  11. I have been prompted many times to complete your survey. However the first question on the survey asks for a 25 digit certificats number from a recent receipt. Most of my SDM receipts do not have this number. This is an extremely frustrating waste of time.

    1. We went to shopper drug mart and we meet Amat there. She was incredibly helpful, she helped us find perfumes and makeup products. She guided us to find the perfect products for my skin. Overall she was an amazing helper, gyder, and someone to talk to!

  14. I would like to commend the manager that was on duty during my visit to his store on Friday, April 24, 2020. After making my purchase, I left the store and returned to my car, which had a dead battery. I did not have a cell phone with me, so returned to the store to ask about using their phone to call my son. Instead the lovely cashier called her manager. Tyrell came, and brought his car around, and gave my car the boost that it needed. I just wanted to say that their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond will always be remembered. I would highly recommend this store as a lovely, caring place to shop. I know I will be returning! I would have done the survey but could not seem to provide the correct number from my receipt.   15. Alyssa did my makeup today, and all I can say is WOW. I’ve never felt so beautiful! She is so good at what she does. I loved every product she used, how she was so detailed.   16. Hello , today I went to Shoppers Drug Mart 23/11/19 and wanted to pick up some diet pepsi and replay my Lotto Max tickets which I have played same numbers for a very long time . First there were no Diet Pepsi at all for the second consecutive weekend and the reason I was told was that the Pepsi truck didn’t show up and there were no rain checks allowed . I give my 4 lottery tickets to the cashier to check and replay , as she was entering the items I was purchasing I noticed that one of my tickets wasn’t replayed and she could not find it . Since there was a long line up I told her I would wait and then the cashier that served me went somewhere and left the other cashier who had no idea regarding my situation . While she was looking she said I could just fill out another slip but that wouldn’t give me the same bonus numbers . In the end I was not happy about the situation and left the store . I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago where the cashier didn’t give me my winnings when she scanned my items and I didn’t realize until later on . I know her count would have been off at the end of her shift with the lottery machine total . So now I can’t play the same numbers I have for over a year .
